Unexpected loss of fertility
Losing the ability to have children can bring a unique and deeply personal kind of grief. This support group offers a safe, compassionate space for people navigating the unexpected loss of fertility and the many emotions that can accompany it.
Together, we’ll make room for grief, anger, sadness, uncertainty, identity changes, relationship challenges, and the complicated feelings that can arise when facing pregnancy announcements, family gatherings, or an uncertain future. There is no “right” way to grieve this kind of loss, and you do not have to navigate it alone.
Through connection, shared experiences, and therapeutic support, participants will have the opportunity to process their loss, feel understood, develop coping strategies, and explore what life can look like moving forward—without minimizing what has been lost.
This group is open to individuals who are experiencing unexpected or unwanted changes to their fertility, whether through medical circumstances, treatment, surgery, or other life events.
